How can I submit a ticket?

You can easily submit a ticket by click on the support icon from your account in the system then fill a simple form to describe your issue.

How can I make a reply?

By clicking on the (New Reply) button you can add your reply, we have 4 types of replies:
- Text reply
- File upload
- Audio recording
- Screen recording

How can I follow my ticket?

After you add a ticket you will receive an email containing the link for the ticket, by clicking the link you can follow the support replies, ticket status and you can add a reply.

Also, you can copy the ticket link that appears on the top of the ticket page.

Every time when the support team replies to your ticket you will receive a notification email.

How long time take for my problem to resolve?

Our team support aims to reply and resolve any issue quickly, the support member will determine the (Expected close date) for the ticket and you will be updated for any delay that may be occurring.
